I think people are surprised when they hear that I am a Realtor. I grew up in a tiny town just South of the Canadian border, in Northern Minnesota. I was homeschooled most of my life and I went to college to study Intercultural Studies and Theology. Now, my days are usually spent at Rocky Mountain Elementary School, where I work in a Severe Needs Behavior program full time.

We live in an incredible place and I love to that I get to help people make this area their home. Whether you be a family of nine or a single person trying to find just the right place, I would feel honored to be able to serve you in helping you find your home in this Valley!

Client Reviews

Terri was wonderful and made house shopping easy! She took the time to find exactly what we were looking for and didn't pressure us into anything we were uncomfortable with or couldn't afford. She took the time to get to know our family and our needs. We would use her again and recommend her to anyone house shopping!

Terri Montano

Managing Broker - Owner

I was born and grew up in Montrose, Colorado. Other than several years in Minnesota, where I studied at Lake Superior College, I’ve lived in Western Colorado my whole life. I’m the proud mother of three amazing adult children.

Previously, I was a Personal Trainer and have always enjoyed helping people reach their goals and dreams. Now I help my clients reach their goals when buying and selling real estate. I attained my Real Estate license through Colorado Real Estate College in Durango, Colorado. I’ve been in the Real Estate industry since 2012 and opened my brokerage in 2014. After adding the Managing Brokers license to my credentials, I now have additional brokers working at Diamond Realty & Property.

I love what I do for a living. I strive to treat every customer with great respect and honor their wishes for what their budget and goals are, and at the same time, I want every person I meet in this life to feel loved and cared about.
