I have 19 years of customer service experience. Most of that experience was in the retail setting. What I learned during those years provides me a great foundation to build on. I believe that I can take what I learned from those experiences with me – everywhere I go.
During those 19 years, I was almost always in a management positions. Being a manager helped to shape part of who I am as a person and helped me to learn and use everyday skills.
My personal and career core values are the same. I value and practice honesty, integrity respect and most of all kindness.
I think in this crazy world it’s easy to put these things aside in order to get ahead and make a buck. In the end I think it is so important to treat others how you would want to be treated. And if at the end of the day, that’s how I’ve treated my clients, then I will have been successful.
